I started out doing lab work in microbiology, which is probably why I can't leave a process undocumented. These days I run that same instinct toward calendars, accreditation files and training programs instead of petri dishes.

I've managed an executive's calendar to zero scheduling conflicts, built a multi-year training strategy aligned with global health standards, and kept program schedules with 15+ moving parts on track and on time. In between, I've planned a client's trip to Venice down to the transit timing and turned raw assessment data into a single clean score a committee could actually act on.

What I'm good at isn't glamorous. It's the version of the document that's actually findable, the meeting that starts on time because someone confirmed it twice, the report that goes out a week early instead of a week late.

FILE 01 — TRAVEL PLANNING

A 4-day Venice itinerary for a healthcare professional

Client: Nurse, independent traveller

Brief

A nurse with almost no time to plan needed a complete, ready-to-use itinerary for a December trip to Venice — somewhere to stay, what to see, where to eat, and how to get between all of it.

What I built

  • Hotel options with direct booking links
  • Day-by-day sights, timed to avoid the worst crowds
  • Restaurant picks and reservation notes
  • Water taxi and vaporetto routes
  • Budget breakdown, packing list, emergency contacts

Delivered as: a complete Google Slides travel pack, built for offline use on the trip itself.

FILE 02 — STRATEGY & STANDARDS

A 3-year training strategy and digitised accreditation standards for SQHN

Client: Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria — non-profit, healthcare accreditation

Brief

SQHN needed a training roadmap tied to recognised global standards, plus a way to compare its own accreditation requirements against what leading countries use.

What I did

  • Drafted a 3-year strategy aligned with the WHO Global Patient Safety Action Plan and ISQua education standards
  • Built a facilitator credentials template and a list of partner organisations
  • Researched affordable LMS options for course delivery
  • Digitised the accreditation standards and mapped them against international equivalents

Handed over: a committee-ready strategy document, a facilitator template with partner shortlist, an LMS shortlist, and a comparison matrix the team still uses for benchmarking.

FILE 03 — COURSE CONTENT

Instructor slide decks for a DevOps Engineering Foundation course

Client: Training provider, internal course materials

Brief

The course needed four modules' worth of classroom-ready material, each with enough depth to teach from directly and a way to test what stuck.

What I did

  • Researched the official syllabus and built each module around it
  • Wrote roughly 20 slides per module, covering theory and practical application
  • Added 5 practice questions to close out each module
  • Structured every deck around clear learning objectives for instructor handover

Delivered: four complete module decks, around 80 slides total, classroom-ready with built-in assessment.

Saved the client roughly 40 hours of content development.

FILE 04 — ASSESSMENT REPORTING

A standardised facility score and report format for a healthcare assessment

Client: Healthcare facility, assessed under SQHN

Brief

Assessment data needed to become something a committee could read in one glance and act on — a score, a short explanation, and a format that would drop straight into a report or a deck.

What I did

  • Calculated the composite facility score from the raw assessment data
  • Wrote a short narrative covering strengths and gaps
  • Formatted the summary for direct use in slides and executive briefs

Final score: 82.7%, with a short narrative flagging strong clinical protocols against gaps in IPC practice, EMR use, and peri-operative paperwork.

Ready to insert into a report with no further editing.
